I forgot to do a posting letting everyone know that Camilla and I did make it into Cats. We're Mungojerrie and Rumpelteazer, two acrobatic thief cats.
Prepare for the transformation from this...

Street Show Hysteria
I just thought I would let everyone know that I am performing my street show today. Let's hope I actually make some money. Should be fun and I'll be sure to post pics later. (Really, this is just a blatant plea for positive thoughts to come my way because I'm pretty nervous)
Goodbye and be sure to support your local street beggar/performer!

Bad Boy Blue
So as luck would have it, for my street show a blue mohawk is required. Here's a little foray into the ten hour, two day process.
I went to a hair styling academy and because I had such great hair (more because I wanted so much done) they used my head for two assessments.
The first assessment was to lighten and color my hair with some Redken product. The result was a strawberry blonde. I have to say that this is the most I've ever resembled my mother. Too bad the pictures don't really do it justice.
After, the lightening I went to get my hair bleached. It took two VERY LONG cycles to lighten it enough.
The first cycle brought me to a Draco Malfoy look-a-like.
The second....
after the hair blow-dry....
made me into a character from Dragon BallZ (or so all the stylists from the academy said).
Finally, a toner was added and I became a fake blonde that I think on anyone else would have looked natural. Here I am with Chinny, the girl who took me through the very long process. Because I was there ALL day, the didn't charge me a thing, which is always good.
Later that day, I went to a friend's house to dye it all blue. Here are some more pics of the extreme blondeness of it all before the dye job.
Now, time for the blue dye!
For all of you impressionable youth, close your eyes because I need to wash out that dye.
So here's the blue, pre mohawk. What do you think?
Finally, the end product!!
